📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash flow and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Process and verify payments, including insurance, loans, and other financial transactions
• Handle debt collections and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting department
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or cashier role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations is a plus
