📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant chain across Indonesia, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Implement and monitor operational standards and best practices across all locations.
• Manage and mentor a team of restaurant managers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the national and regional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale restaurant operations, including multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to use tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Food Safety and Health Management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
