📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes using established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor food inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook / Koki in a seafood-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international seafood recipes.
