Bali Beans Premium Coffee is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee to our customers and maintaining our coffee equipment. If you are passionate about coffee and have a strong work ethic, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deliver coffee orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the preparation and packaging of coffee products.,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor.,Ensure all safety protocols are followed when handling coffee equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of coffee equipment for events and special occasions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with inventory management and reporting systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for delivery purposes.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of coffee equipment.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20kg.
