📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and oversee comprehensive rehabilitation and reconstruction plans for disaster-affected areas.
• Manage and coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to ensure effective implementation of projects.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Leverage GIS and project management software to plan and track projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for future disasters.
• Represent the Provincial Government at national and international conferences and workshops.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure the sustainability and long-term viability of rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in disaster-affected areas.
• Strong knowledge of GIS and project management software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and MS Project.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with national and provincial regulations related to disaster management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and with stakeholders at all levels.
