🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate law or a similar legal field.
• Strong background in international business and cross-border transactions.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian legal landscape and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
