📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and mix dough and batter according to recipes and specifications.
• Operate commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Bake and decorate a variety of bakery and cake products, including bread, pastries, and custom cakes.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of baked goods by following food safety and quality control procedures.
• Package and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or pastry production.
• Proficient in using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
