📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the research team, ensuring alignment with the institute's research objectives.
  • Develop and implement research plans and methodologies to address key industry challenges.
  • Oversee the execution of research projects, from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development and commercialization efforts.
  • Publish and present research findings at conferences and in academic journals.
  • Mentor and develop junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the institute.
  • Represent IIRI at industry events and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline).
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Indonesian language skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to publish and present research findings in academic journals and conferences.
