📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and smallholder producers in Labuhanbatu Utara.
• Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and challenges in the local palm oil supply chain.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with farmers, ensuring compliance with our quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs, using tools like SAP and TMS.
• Provide training and support to farmers on best practices for palm oil cultivation and post-harvest handling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and brand in the local market.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, agriculture, or a related field, with a focus on palm oil or similar commodities.
• Strong understanding of the palm oil supply chain, including cultivation, harvesting, processing, and distribution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Batak).
• Familiarity with supply chain management software, such as SAP or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.
