📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct geological and geochemical surveys to identify potential tin and mineral deposits
- Develop and implement exploration strategies, including drilling and sampling programs
- Analyze and interpret geological and geophysical data to assess the feasibility of mining projects
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to the exploration team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in tin and mineral exploration
- Proven track record of successful exploration projects
- Proficiency in geological and geophysical software, such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Oasis Montaj
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
