📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of firmware engineers in developing and maintaining high-quality firmware for embedded systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement firmware requirements
• Ensure firmware solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Monitor firmware performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in firmware development
• Work with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in firmware development and management
• Proven track record of leading firmware development projects
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development tools such as Keil, IAR, and Atmel Studio
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, or QNX
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python
• Certification in embedded systems or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
