📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve technical documentation,Create and maintain a knowledge base or FAQ section for our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
