Pilley Education Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Affairs Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in managing our hostel facilities and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our international students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or student affairs, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.,Coordinate with international students to address their needs and concerns, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.,Organize and facilitate social and cultural activities for students to promote a sense of community and belonging.,Maintain accurate records of student information, including check-ins, check-outs, and any issues that arise.,Collaborate with the hostel staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.,Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve hostel management and student satisfaction.,Handle student complaints and disputes, ensuring they are resolved promptly and fairly.,Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to hostel management and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in hostel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of communication in the hostel.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to hostel management in Indonesia.,Previous experience working with international students is a plus.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for hostel-related duties.
