📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide expert advice and solutions to client needs, based on in-depth knowledge of the industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
