📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and support to the management team.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
  • Manage the relationship with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Conduct financial audits and reviews as required.
  • Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
