CBQA Global Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Certification & Training Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality certification and training services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present and demonstrate the benefits of our certification and training services to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the certification and training process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies are effective and competitive.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the certification and training industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.,Familiarity with the certification and training industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
