📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable automotive spare parts and accessories.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry.,Assist in the organization and management of the retail store, including stock control and inventory management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and sales campaigns.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.,Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
