📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on legal matters.,Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.,Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle legal matters related to employee disputes and grievances.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.,Draft and review legal correspondence and documents.,Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal capacity.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is an advantage.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
