📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train junior sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and financial transactions.,Promote products and services to customers, increasing sales revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail or customer service are beneficial.
