📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and train baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.,Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to customers.,Ensure the café is clean and well-maintained, including equipment and supplies.,Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans, equipment, and other supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of coffee recipes and menu items.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback to improve operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to lead and train a team of baristas.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Passion for coffee and commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
