📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.,Representing the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Monitoring departmental budget and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.
