📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support HR operations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Collect and analyze HR data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and insights
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management systems
• Collaborate with business units to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
• Contribute to the creation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Assist in the organization of HR events and workshops, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• BS or MS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and data analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
