📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize product listings and metadata to improve search engine visibility and conversion rates
• Manage and analyze performance of advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and ad creatives
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital advertising
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce market and consumer behavior
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
