📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Promote a safe and healthy work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., Indonesian Nursing Board).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Experience in community health programs is a plus.
