📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Leading and motivating a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Managing department budgets and financial resources, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and that the department operates within its allocated budget.,Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the department's work is integrated with the overall company strategy.,Monitoring and evaluating department performance, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Representing the department at company meetings and events, communicating department goals and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and senior management.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.,Experience in using data and metrics to monitor and evaluate performance, and a commitment to continuous improvement.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
