📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver personalized care services.
• Monitor and report on the health and well-being of our clients, and ensure that all care plans are implemented effectively.
• Assist with the administration of medications and treatments, and ensure that our clients receive the appropriate care and support.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
• Contribute to the growth and success of PERSOL by developing your skills and knowledge in the healthcare sector.
• Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment, and encourage a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or community care setting.
• Certification in healthcare or community care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
