Pusat Hana Kebab is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Business Development to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about growing our business and building strong relationships with our customers.

As an Assistant Business Development, you will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the company's customer database.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance and opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
