📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Coordinate with the Branch Manager to implement strategic plans and achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Dental Hygiene, Public Health, or Business Administration.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of dental clinic operations and management practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
