📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the branch budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Attend and participate in company meetings and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
