📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food quality and safety by following health and safety guidelines.,Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards in food preparation.,Manage kitchen inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle any food-related emergencies or issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
