📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the manufacturing processes for electronics products,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes,Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field,Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and best practices,Proficiency in using process control and data analysis tools,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, 12-hour shift environment,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
