📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Assist clients in finding the perfect products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell products to clients, achieving sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring it is appealing to customers.
• Stock merchandise and keep inventory up-to-date.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Report sales and inventory data to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
