📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production of pastries and desserts, ensuring high quality and consistency,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep up with customer demand and trends,Train and mentor junior chefs and staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the pastry department,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role,Proven track record of creating and executing successful recipes and menu items,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred,Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
