Astro Indonesia, a leading media company in Indonesia, is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our IT team to implement and support our technology solutions, and provide technical support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform regular maintenance on IT equipment and systems, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Provide technical support to employees, assisting them with IT-related problems and ensuring minimal downtime.
Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring reliable connectivity and data security.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
Document all IT activities, including maintenance tasks, troubleshooting steps, and system updates.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support new technology solutions.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data security and disaster recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a related role.
Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
