📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales team by providing guidance and support.,Conduct sales activities to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service in the automotive industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of automotive products and services.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
