In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Shop Assistant in managing the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is well-presented.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and handling any customer inquiries or complaints.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking supplies, cleaning shelves, and ensuring the store is tidy and inviting.,Assist with cashier duties, including processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing receipts.,Work collaboratively with the Shop Assistant and other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.,Assist with promotional activities, such as setting up displays, participating in sales events, and promoting special offers.,Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of merchandise.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
